I used it over a year ago. Follow the directions to a t. Syphon most of them and yes get a wrasse.

I used it on my old 210 and it did not get them all, so I did it again - 2nd time at 1.5x the dose.

Even after the 2nd dose, they came back.

I ended up getting a six-line and they slowly disappeared and never were an issue again. From what I hear, though, six-lines are hit and miss for FW's.

I've tried a Melanurus wrasse and he never touched the flat worms. Even after refusing to feed him for four weeks. He sure cleaned up my Pods though. Used flat worm exit, followed the instructions, and haven't looked back. Beats getting stuck with a wrasse you really didn't want to begin with.
