Flatworm / Nudi / ?

Not having had flatworms before, what do they look like? How big do they get? I saw a nudi/flatworm/? in the nano tank yesterday and I am not sure what it is. I could not get a good photo, we have a bad camera. It looked to be about a 1/4" wide and at least 1/2" long (but could be much longer since the end went into a rock crevice).

After a water change it was spewing a white cloud into the tank. I am just trying to figure out whether I should be worried...

There are thousands of flatworm species and those are just the ones that have been identified. Most are small about quarter an inch long, but some can get almost 2 feet in length. They fall pretty much anywhere in between those sizes and some are very small at 1mm.

Yes you should be worried if it is either a nudi or a flatworm...
