Apparently my float switch is not working, came home and my ATO system almost overflowed my sump...Luckily nothing was to bad out of whack and I recovered. Can I soak the float switch in white vinegar to clean or is there some other way I should look in to?

Thanks.

From my experience ones the float switch goes bad, it goes bad... nothing to do but replace. They are inexpensive and I usually keep a few of them for that reason.
In addition, you should also look at a double switch setup to avider a situation where one switch fails.

Yea...Do I throw away JBL A.T.O switches as well? Are there universal replacement switches that work with the JBJ controller?
