Flow question

I have a 29 gallon with 2 koralia 425's and 1 koralia 240. Is this enough flow to grow sps? I have a few frags and so far there isnt much polyp extension so I'm wondering if its a flow issue.

I wouldn't think so those 425 don't do much of anything. bump it up, get things moving in there!
