Flukes?

Semi puffy white spots on my copper band, visible on fins and larger than ich. Is this flukes? Should I fresh water dip him? Pics are horrible, he won't stay still.

i notice butterfly fish get lympho more then other fish ive had 2 sets of pyramid butterfly fish and all 4 of them had lympho one time or another its harmless to the fish and it usually passes over time

Forgot to mention that he's a new addition and my powder brown doesn't like him, so it's safe to say he's stressed (but eats and fights back)

I noticed some aptasia missing from the right side of the tank which is where the tang doesn't bother him, and he is pecking at food floating by him, so hopefully they'll be gone soon. I've got faith in this guy, he's getting more comfortable each day in his new home.
