Fluval Spec 16gal

I had this Fluval spec 16 gal tank setup as fresh water for the last year. I had been neglecting it lately and yesterday my wife suggested go salt with it. So within a few hours i had it emptied and cleaned up.
I have it setup with intank baskets in the first two chambers with floss and marinpure spheres in the first basket. Using Orbit marine IC led and cobalt heater. This is just the start. I plan to upgrade the return pump next.
Now I have decide what to stock it with

Is a 16g big enough to do a breeding clownfish pair? I'm thinking of doing a separate Nano for a pair myself. In the picture that looks perfect for what I want to do but I'm certainly no expert on tank sizes for that sort of thing. Just thinking about tiny clownfish babies... *Squee*
