for the Fishes and Corals

I'm curious about the foods for the reef tank. What do you feed and where do you purchase? I have been feeding frozen foods and Formula One pellets. Its close to "Get More" time. and I'm trying to decide Order Online (who) or LFS (who). Most of the LFS I've been in don't have much selection (lots of Brine Shrimp). Let me know what you think.

For me the best fish food I have used bar none: Ocean Nutrition Prime Reef Flakes. Cheap and available at virtually any pet store. I get mine from Sam at Aquabuys as he has a great price.

My corals I dose reef chili, selcon and cyclopeeze which I get from Premium Aquatics on a weekly basis.

I also throw in some DTs and a mystery food (some thing I haven't tried before or mysis) weekly. Currently I am using Rods Food since I won a ton at SWU.

Oh and I dose Seachem ReefPlus while not a food, I use it like one.

I feed Ocean Nutrition Pellets 1 & 2 on alternating days. I also feed mysis and nori every day.

One of the following gets fed every other day: Cyclopeeze, DT's, ReefChilli, Baby Brine Shrimp, Oyster Eggs.
