Forgot username on apex fusion.

I forgot my username, but cannot seem to figure out how to locate it. Every time I go in to try to figure it out, it only allows me to try to reset the password

Well it allows Me to change password but doesn't show me anything about username

did you change it or is it still the default? try the default user name and password.

Username: admin. Password: 1234

Are you doing it on the website (not the app)? Because the website has a "Forgot Login" link for me:

I've tried both app and website but only given choice of password but I will try again.

Probably call Neptune and they’ll help reset it on their end.
