Come home today to find my pincushion urchin upside down in the middle of my Hollywood stunner. He looks in bad shape. My question is, how did he get there and did the coral kill him?

unlikely that the coral killed him. maybe water chemistry or lack of food or due to old age.
Thanks for the response. Tank is well established with lots of coralline and other algae. Tank is stable and monitored by an Apex Neptune. What would be old age for an urchin? He had been in the tank for a long time. Thanks again
