This might be a little out of the box thinking,, but look at this thing.
If you had four tanks, and for $50, where else can you even get this type of device ok?
Now, tell me why not, what is the down side?
I can only think of accuracy and longevity.

Heading down the rabbit hole ……….
What about wireless probes? Remove the wire from the tank? Wonder why aquarium equipment manufacturers don’t jump on this technology?
