frag id?

got this from the lfs the other day...suppose to be a litho...something...anyone have an id...its hard with little bristles...there was also a neon green variety

Give it a few days and let it settle in. the ridges you see are it's skeleton, that should not be very visible after it inflates, and gets settled in!

If it is a lithophyllon (I have one) then it probably has multiple small mouths. It can be confused as a chalice, but it is not.

I have a litho called Pink Hentai Lithophyllon. It is red with yellow mouths.

Dave I bought a frag from tim a while back and if I'm not mistaken it's a litho coral, looks like a chalice and a plate cross?! Does this sound correct?!

yeah i got it from tim..he told me what it was and i didnt wanna call him a second time because i couldnt find info online about it lol...and yeah this little piece has 3 or 4 mouths..thanks for the link

i hope mine starts to flourish...right now the tenticles r very short..tim said to put it in moderate lighting and moderate water flow

That is what mine is in. Don;t expect the tentacles to get long. Mine are no longer than 1/4" or so.
