Frag plugs

Can someone recommend a good brand of frag plugs.I have to order on line .3/8 to 1/2 stem, 7/8 crown.

All i wanted to know ,do most use ceramic or* Fully Cured Aragonite Reef Frag Plugs

Ceramic is fine . Just what I've always used. Never had a problem.
