frag tank lighting

I have VHO on my main tank and in the process of connecting a 15g frag tank to my system. I am worried about the heat with this so wondering if t5 would work well or if I sould go with a 150w MH. Any suggestions?

I would go with T5's. The 150W MH would definitely heat up the 15G easily and since you aren't running a chiller I would worry about the temp increase during the summer.

Thanks Mark that was my thoughts but wanted to confirm. Now the question is how many T5 bulbs, 2 or 4?

I would run 4 bulbs. 2 actinic and 2 daylights. That way, you have full coverage across the tank.
