Frag tank setup question

Hey all,
I am in the planning stages of setting up a small 20 gallon long frag tank. My display tank is becoming too cluttered with frag racks and plugs everywhere. I have a Remora C hang on skimmer that I have used in the past and planned on using that. If I do weekly water changes, do I need any other filtration? I have a Penguin 300 HOB filter I can use, but it is rather large and takes up a lot of room. This will be a small setup, so I have no plans of using a sump or drilling it.

Any thoughts/suggestions are welcome!

any fish going in? I would assume routined water changes would be fine without a skimmer.

Maybe some Matrix in the HOB, or perhaps some de*nitrate.

oh an ATO would be nice.

I have a 40b frag tank I run a remora c and a hob filter no issues or problems. had it just like this for a long time. sps lps etc... its very important to do weekly water changes to keep the prams consistent with this type of setup. imo
