Fragging this leather?

It's getting out of control size wise, how do you go about fragging it? I have seen video about toadstools, but this thing has such n odd shape.

Break out the scissors and cut off what you don’t want. Leathers will grow back. No big deal with them.

Ditto. Getting them to attach to frag plugs is the hard part.
They may or may not release some sort of defense chemicals when cut, so if you see other corals starting to act weird maybe start running carbon
