we pm'ed back and forth but maybe I missed a decision on pick-up. I still have, they are fine in a tank, just do not try and severely piss them off, and not be protected and wash up when handling. I have had in cube for years with no problem.Helleoooooo!!!!!! ????
I still have If CJD18 does not pickup. I am located in Flowery Branch.any paly left and what's your location?
Do you ever get into cumming or closer to canton at all???Flowery Branch
I'd like to know the main reason you don't recommend? These are palythoa toxica. I do have some in my QT system that I haven't removed yet if you want some for free as well... although I don't recommend it.
There toxicI'd like to know the main reason you don't recommend?
But don't they all have the potential to be toxic? Including zoas? There toxic
All zoas/paly have some level of toxin. How ever a small group which includes these have a high level of toxin and can be dangerous. If you choose to put these in your tank just make sure you are very careful with them. I would wear gloves when handling and don't lick them or make stew out of them. If i were to frag them I would wear gloves, eye protection and probably do it outside. Also if you frag them In\ would let them all heal in a QT running fresh carbon for a week or so.But don't they all have the potential to be toxic? Including zoas?
Lol Agreed that's all I was saying with that question. They are all toxic to a degree. I was more interested in seeing if they were invasive. Be cause I currently have some plays that I know can be come a pest so I've kept them on islands and they have literally detached themselves head by head and traveled across the sand bed until they find a place they like. Plz excuse the bad pics I just took em real quick. That used to be a tight cluster and they are now walking off the rock through th sand to attach to other rocks. I treat all zoas and plays as toxic. All zoas/paly have some level of toxin. How ever a small group which includes these have a high level of toxin and can be dangerous.
