I don't need $175 worth of stuff, but if anyone else wants some GFO or other stuff I'd love to get free shipping. I'm good for two 4 lb containers ($100 worth).

That's the same price ($49.60), but free shipping over $175 until tomorrow. If no one wants to participate, I'll buy carbon and get the free shipping anyways!:D
 
I appreciate it Rit. But I need more than 4lb.

You can regenerate this stuff, I believe. I'm saving the 4 lb. I am using up now, then going to go thru the 8 lb I will order, then try to regenerate the used stuff.

correct me if I'm wrong, but if I'm reading it correctly, it has a +/- accuracy of 0.04 ppm. So if I'm shooting for less than 0.03, how will I know? Or did I misunderstand?
 
I would look at it his way, and I am by no means advocating this meter.

If it is off then it is probably consistently off, so it will still be a measurement you can use. And it is probably as accurate or more accurate than test kits, which from a cost view, is it's main competitors.

This cheaper one has the same accuracy level as the more expensive ($200) one here:

I would think running it against one or two of the pricier models would give you a good view of it's error, which would probably be pretty consistant.

I didn't see anything about free shipping on that group buy. And the free shipping ends tomorrow. That's why I posted about it. I'm going to place an order by tomorrow, and I don't think the other BRS thread is going thru for several more days.

just a thought....I think the GB discount might be close to the free shipping discount in the end! Might want to check it out.
