Going Fishing

What's the best way to catch a fish without moving all the live rock, or is it pretty much impossible?

I spent $50 on an acrylic fish trap, sat in front of the tank for 2 weeks and every fish went into the trap except for the one I wanted to catch. One early morning, I turned the lights on around 3 am, the fish came out to see what was up and SCOOP! I caught him in a matter of minutes.

ive also had success putting the net in the tank for a lil, then feed some flake(preferably something that floats to get them to the surface) and scoop them right up.

I did the 2 liter bottle trap and it worked on a few of the fish I didn't want to catch. The foxface noway!

In the future , If you can see where it sleeps , flip the lights on full after its been asleep a few hours , and nab it before its eyes adjust.
