live-a-board trip on Sept 17..I hope I don't puke....never did a live-a-board before... 1 week sailing the Bahamas and the Bimini Islands :)

a>..

I'm jealous!

I don't say that very often. Back in 1985, I sailed from Nassau to Miami and snorkeled at Bimini, Eluthera and several small islands. The sealife was amazing! I bet diving would be incredible!

Todd, I hope that you have a great trip! :)

I'd love to go on a live-a-board someday. Only problem is I'm a vegetarian, and picky at that, so what the heck would I eat!? :D

Have fun!

Actually sounds fine to me! Probably get old by the end of the trip but the diving would be worth it!

That's crazy Todd the diver has never done a live aboard. I loved the BlackBeard cruise and I'm looking at doing it again soon.

Lots and lots of kelp and seaweed! :confused2: :yuk:

Perry....I don't like being confined on small boats...I what if you don't like you your with? Could be a mutiny :)

I am in the preliminary stages of planning a trip to the Bahamas next summer. I have never been there but am sooooooo looking forward to diving there. :)

I will, actually I am doing this for Diane @ Adventures in Diving as a scouting report dive..If it is a good outfit, then she may start booking trips with them.....SO add "Diving Scout" to my resume. :)

Im looking forward to hearing how you liked going with those guys... I have been eyeing them myself! Looking forward to some pics!

your going to love diving the bimini area great walls, cut throughs and if you get to dive eel alley you will never see so many eels in one place. and yea your probably going to fall in love with live aboard diving but then your going to be on a pretty small sailboat

dive operators such as Aggressor or Explorer Ventures will be more than happy to accomadate your dietary requests just let them know when your booking so then can make the proper adjustments for supplies for that week. You wouldn't be the first nor last vegetarian they will accomadate

Flight is booked..going down a day early so airfare was only $14.10..... :) Plus $30K mikes :( But a week on a live aboard for a grand total of $114.10!! woo hoo!!

Edit: I have a feeling I am going to puke on the first day..
