Golden Goby very pale

Hello friends,

So, we brought home two Golden Goby's about 10 days ago. While one looks and seems normal, the other ones color has almost faded away. He is also not showing appetite.
All other livestock seem normal and water levels are good.

Ammonia 0.0
Nitrite 0.0
Nitrate 10.0
Ph 8.0
Salinity 1.024

All those numbers have become stable since completing the cycle a few weeks ago.

Any ideas? Try different food? Only feeding brine shrimp flakes once a day. I know the picture isn't great.

Yes, they both looked fine in the store however the other one seemed to adjust much better.
