Good or bad?

Searched for answers..nothing found. Found on my aquarium glass this morning on smaller new tank. I seeded this from my other tank but nothing in my other. They look like little seeds with "fan arms" coming out of them.

My money is on bryopsis. I lifted this recent pic from @Dmac from another thread and you can see how there's a little dot or seed looking thing at the bottom where everything seems to grow from.

Yep..well I'm on it..luckily just in that tank.
