I purchased a 72" Outer Orbit refurb fixture from Current-USA's eBay site. I got a heck of a deal and the light looks brand new.

When it arrived -- the end panel where all the switches are located was damaged in shipment -- I sent them an email offering to purchase a new panel -- they sent one no charge. I then screwed us the switches in the process of removing them from the old panel -- you guessed it -- their sending new switches -- no charge.

Frankly, I haven't had customer service like this in years. There's are so many lousy experiences that get shared -- I thought a great experience like this deserved the same press.

I love when ppl share good experiences too. I think its just as important to know who offers bad service as it is important to know who offers good service.

Great info. I'm looking at the 60" Outer Orbit 2x250w fixture for my new tank.
