I dose BRS two part cal/alk. I also dose Mag from BRS. BRS Reef Chillie at night to feed the coral and filter feeders. My water changes are with RC and i do a 5g water change every 2 weeks.

SG is 1.026 (refractmeter)
Cal is 420
ALK is 8-9 DKH
MG is 1320

I grow tons of Cheato and pull some out weekley. I run BRS GFO and Carbon.

I also dose Fatty Acids, a small dropper bottle called LIFO.

Bulk Reef Supply two part cal/alk with Mg. The kit comes with 3 gallon jugs, dispensing pumps, enough cal, alk, and mg to last me a year, and some mesuring cups for dosing. The best part of the entire kit is you can use their calculator to increase your levels or cal, alk, and mg....and it's accurate! The entire two part kit is around $60 IIRC. I use recipy 1 to keep my PH up above 8.00
