hairy mushrooms.. help needed

i have a stand of hairy mushrooms that is out of control.. any idea on how to safely remove select ones from rock to move to another rock or give away?
as always, any help or ideas ya'll can give are greatly appreciated!

If you can take the rock out, you can use an exacto knife to carefully trim them off of the rock. Mushrooms are pretty resilient, so a little tissue damage should be ok. Then, just secure tehm to a new rock with a rubber band or bridal veil. After a week or two they will reattach.

i was just thinking the same thing...about dereks misspell that is... not getting exacto knife anywhere near there! LOL
