Starting new thread for my biocube 29 HQI...just picked it up today...already have it soaking in vinegar..can't wait to start this tank...upgrading its little sister behind it..thanks Adisport

im just setting it up this weekend but im using the HQI that it came with..gonna use a 14k 150w Phoenix bulb
 
finally updating this thread..FTS after most stuff finally moved over...still have a couple candy canes, some lord of the rings and some semi large birdsnest to move over...then just gonna wait for it to grow out...may add another couple small pieces of rock

i like your tank. being new to corals so this is a guess on what types... like the hammer in the back left and the the orange one above and right of the YWG. i have not bit the bullet on corals yet. are those 2 difficult to keep healthy? my tank is a little more than 3 months old and has been stable as far as parameters go (knock on wood). i would like to add some color. have you ever had a coco worm? right now, i would need fairly easy corals to keep. i do not have alot of time to play with them and do not want to buy anything just to have it die because i did not care for it correctly. some have said my tank is still too new for corals and some said go for it. trying to get advice and maybe after the new year dip my toe into the coral aspect of saltwater tanks.
 
the one in back is actually a frogspawn not a hammer but they look similar except for the tips...the orange one is a ricordia mushroom..they are actually pretty hardy adn dont require much light...depending on what light you have id start out with mushrooms, zoanthids and other large polyp corals..they are the hardest to kill :)
