hang on back sumps

i am new to the saltwater aquariums.i am looking for info on hang on back sumps

well, I know there are HOB Filters, HOB Refugiums, HOB Skimmers, and HOB overflow boxes but Ive never heard of a HOB sump. Following along as Im looking for a HOB filter for my QT

+1 on that, havent heard of a HOB sump, just the overflow for the sump.

Depending on the size of your tank I have seen several of the AquaClear 70 filters modded to become a HOB refugium, and it can also hold your heater etc...
