Hanging lights

Hey everybody since my lights dont fit so perfectly on top of my tank with the frame mounts, and i can barely fit my arm under the lights (this will be a problem when i feed the fish, clean in the tank), I was wondering if you all thought this kit will work? I have an aquatic liffe fixture, not a current USA one so im not sure it will work.
I have the two hole hanging thingymabobs that came with the lights so it might work. Here it is-

If you guys have any other ideas that would be awesome because this kit seems a little expensive tor three wires and 2 rods...Also I cant hang the lights from the ceiling because the celing is about 15 feet up. Also, i dont want to try hanging this from the wall because im afraid the whole house would collapse if i did that for i am not the best handyman.

He doesn't get on a lot due to having a possessed computer.. I play MW2 with him every day though.. If you want me to give him a heads up about it, let me know..
