I am currently running the "Saxby" lighting schedule on my HD Prime over JBJ 28. The tank seems to have decent growth for SPS up high and zoa/palys keep multiplying polyps pretty regular, acans are placed low to high and do well in growing new heads but don't really grow in mass much. Really just curious if anyone has run a different lighting schedule with better results i.e: higher UV settings than saxby runs. Don't really have a problem with the settings. Wondering if a bit of a shorter photoperiod with higher intensities/longer ramp time (mine is 2 hours) in other lighting specs might be working for differently for others. There are a ton of schedules and information on the topic. What works for you?
