Hey guys...just found this place because someone over at reef central told me about it. Really glad to see an active forum for those of us in the ATL area! I am Allen and am from Marietta...I got out of this hobby about 8 years ago due to a divorce and having to sell everything that I owned, but I have really wanted to step back into the reef keeping hobby lately. I am thinking about going small to start off with...maybe a BioCube 14 gallon with 15 pounds of live rock. Im looking to keep a few clowns and some corals in it (soft of course).

Hoping to learn and glad I found this place!

Hey hey....you trying to get beat up rooting for clem around here???

;) :p

If your looking at a new tank...stick with a 29g biocube. I just picked one up and I already want a bigger one.

always buy bigger if you can budget it!!!

welcome to the addiction!!!!!!

I swear I coulda been smokin crack cheaper than what I wanna spend on my little tank now LOL.

welcome allen. lots of good info here and great people. glad you found the ARC

Welcome! I work in Marietta, so if you ever need help with anything, let me know!

Glad you found your way here from Reef Central.

You might as well get over the idea of starting with a 14g. Within 6 months you will upgrade sizes at least once. :D

I started out with a 55... I now have 2x 40B, a 150, and a 300. :D

You guys are going to force me to go big again...LOL. My last one was a 75 gallon. I DO want to go big, but at the moment, the wallet wont let me. Im gonna start off small...with the 29 gallon, I think, then when Im rolling in cash, Ill upgrade and give the 29 to my little girl.

Welcome aboard!!you can find some really good deals on things here. Maybe that will stretch the budget a little. As far as cash rolling in, let me know how you figured that one out and I'll join you.

Cmon over to Keller Williams Realty, Mike...I can get you in the door and YOUR money can start rolling in. :)
