not sure if this is the right place...

but i just wanted to introduce myself, being new and all..
 
Welcome! The ARC is a great resource for advice, drygoods and livestock. Most people are super friendly.

will that advertisment always be at the begining of the threads or will it go away?
 
Welcome to the ARC, I think if your a member you don't see the ad, at least that's what I have seen. I joined and I don't see it anymore, its $30 a year and you get 10% off at sponsors, so for me its a no brainer, I have made that back already.
 
Welcome. In addition to the 10% discount from the sponsors, once you become a paid member you will have access to forums that are not available to guest. While it is by no means an requirement to join and people will still treat you right, I feel that it was the best $30 I spent this year. :-)
 
Any time I see 'Hello' or hear a doorbell I think of the Book of Mormon and begin singing "Hello, my name is Elder Price.." For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, youtube 'The Book of Mormon', title: Hello. It's a broadway musical by the creators of South Park.. pretty funny.

Great time to meet everyone is next frag meet... Couple of hundred ppl attend yearly.
 
This is the right place, and welcome! As Thanh said, if you can you should come to the frag meeting (watch the announcements). It's always the biggest meeting of the year, and a good way to meet the good folks here.

can't be , dave would never allow spending money on anything especially aquariums unless he is completely out of debt and has 9 yrs of his income saved in a non risk mutual fund, dosen't smoke, drink, or eat out. :shades:

on the other hand he could be a rebelious son :o

HA, no, sadly i am not related to him, ALTHOUGH would like to sit down with the guy and pick his brain for a bit
