Help. Apex priblem

I had a power outage last week and my apex wifi adapter disconnect from the internet. I was told by a friend to just unplug the apex and it would automatically reconnect however it did not work.
Instead now I still cannot connect to my apex and to make it worse my apex keeps cycling. (Turning off and back on) every 10 minutes or so.. trying to figure out what to do.

Sounds like the router assigned a new address for the Apex. You need to hard set the IP address on the Apex and not use dhcp for it.
