I have recently plumbed a pump with PVC to return 1 floor up to my tank. I do not see water escaping, but do see a LOT and I mean a LOT of bubbles after a day or so of working fine. Thing is, I don't see water leaking anywhere and wonder if the intake of the pump or the spa-flex tubing connecting to it may be sucking in air or something. Anyone ever see anything like this?

Note: The sump water where the return is is NOT filled with bubbles so it has to be somewhere in the tubing?

You have a leak that is sucking air in, not leaking water out. I have this problem everytime I combine PVC with tubing. It's usually at the connection of the tubing and PVC. If you are using a screw clamp make sure that is tight (use a socket, works better than a screwdriver).
