I am not an expert but im pretty sure you cant just "repair" a coral that has suffered trauma like you mentioned. you can however, maybe move it out of harms way, get the emerald out and keep water quality at its highest, maybe a water change to replace some trace elements and wait. hopefully it will come back around like it never happened..
