Can someone help ID what is wrong with my clown fish?

I got two clown from an LFS about 2 weeks ago. I soon noticed that one was not eating as well as the other but both were very active. Next the one that was not eating started to become less active and was hiding at the bottom of this tank. I also noticed stringy poop that would not let go of the fish and he was breathing heavy. I moved both fish to a QT tank and started API General Cure.

Here is a pic of my clown and the stingy poop. Is there anything else that I can do to save this fish?

May be too late but try PraziPro. Seems like some sort of intestinal thing. Could also treat with a mix of Kanaplex, Metroplex and Focus and mix in food as to not get in water column. Mix it into paste and then strain through your net. I've good success with both. Make sure the QT is cycled.
