Help getting a bulkhead off

Hi all I'm in the process of setting up a 55g and one of the bulkheads from the overflowd is leaking ,I bought a new one but can't seem to get the old one off to replace any ideas ? Greatly appreciated

Is it glued to the white PVC? Hard to tell from your pic's.

Looks look Ken it’s glued. You are going to need to rebuild the pvc tee. You’ll need glue, primer, a cutting tool, and a coupler/ union fitting.
