Help. How to frag??? (Green finger leather)

I received a nice green finger leather a while back from a (kind as always) member here on ARC.

It's been doing GREAT! So great in fact that Its huge and I'd like to cut some off to put on smaller frags.

I am a huge newbie. Started in the hobby around Oct '22 and have not had call to frag or trim any corals yet. Can someone please assist by describing the procedure or linking to a good Youtube walkthrough?

I use scissors on finger leather. Remove from tank, cut some stems off, rinse in a bucket of tank water and return mother to tank. Some use toothpicks and rubber bands or just rubber bands, but I prefer needle and thread to sew frags to plugs or small rocks.
