That's exactly what it looks like. Chances are there are a LOT more in your system. Grab a wrasse to eat them up
Where have you gotten coral or rock from recently?
I haven’t gotten anything recently. It does look like acoel flatworm. I dip in medicoral. I have an IM nuvo 10 so I don’t know of a wrasse that would be able to live in such small spaces. I can’t see anymore than the one I found on the glass. I have a lot of copepods currently and this one stuck out. I’ll keep an eye to see if there’s anymore and I’ll try to syphon what I can.

Flat worm exit ..no joke . Get a water change ready , get some fresh carbon.
