Please help to identify this encrusting coral? Picture is attached.

It's blue and rubbery. Got it from someone on a piece of rock a couple of years ago.

Hoping someone knows. I'm out of town and don't have my "Corals" book in front of me. It looks really familiar thought and I'm really curious. On a similar note, could I buy a frag of it off you?

Looks like a blue photosynthetic sponge to me. Some varieties can even plate like monti caps. I would also like to buy some.
