help in dallas area?

I'm currently out of state and my tank sitter informed me my return pump has stopped. All attempts at restarting (unplugging/bumping) have failed. Is anyone in the paddling/dallas area that would like to see if its able to be restarted?

It is probably going to need a new impeller or impeller cover. What kind of brand and size pump?

too far from me, but if your sitter can soak it for an hour or 2 in straight vinegar.....then, take it apart and clean it...75% shot it'll work....

If she can, try the vinegar soak first, if that doesn't work, I can probably swing by and help when I get home from work. I live in Lithia springs. Only prob is that I don't have any sicce parts if something is broken, I only have stuff for mag 7 and 9.5.

if you have an extra pump, just swap it out and be done with it..he can buy it from you...just a suggestion.

Thanks everyone! I got them to soak the impeller/bearings in vinegar and got it working again! That'll work until I can get home and clean it right. Crisis averted!
