im looking for a suitable fish for my 5.5g tank. so far im torn between a yasha goby and a tailspot blenny. i am open to other options though. i thought about a small clown but im not sure when my 25g would be ready and wouldn't want to leave him long term in a 5.5g. my only requirements are they are coral safe, i've heard stories of some "reef safe" fish munching on sps or other corals

I have a Yasha that I need to rehome. I bought two trying to get a Male and Female, and did not suceed. I don't want one to kill the other. PM if interested. Pickup would have to be by the weekend because the tank they are in goes down this weekend.

that's why im leaning towards the tailspot is to see it more and maybe a little hair algae control

Go with the tailspot. I have a YWG/Pistol shrimp combo in my 5.5 and the shrimp remodels the tank and has buried corals at will. He feels comfortable doing so because there is not pressure from predators in there. I didn't have a lot of corals in there, but he likes to use the frag plugs to build his burrow. Frustrates the heck out of me.

thanks, i'll steer clear of the pistol since i have a good bit of frags on the sand bed
