Looks like a Pink Spot Watchman to me.

Cryptocentrus leptocephalus

Don't think so... his pelvic fin is solid black, first dorsal has three black spots, pigment spots are blue and overall coloration is dark tan over light tan. Nothing like Googled images of Cryptocentrus leptocephalus.

But... you put me on the right track. I think he is a Blue Spot Watchman... Cryptocentrus pavoninoides.
