Help! Please ID these two

Can you please ID what are these green round things on my live rock( 2nd picture)? And what are the spikes thing on the rock on the picture 1 and is this normal or do I need to throw it away? my snails get these spikes thing on the shell as well. Thanks in advance

I see sponges on the rock in the second picture but they are yellow on my monitor not green so maybe that's not what you are asing about. The spikes are probably either a type of worm or feather duster that are not harmful at all.

Yeah it's yellow, I'm sorry. Is this sponge good or bad for the tank? I get three on the same rock.
