Help with attaching pics!

Hi, I am having trouble attaching pics. I am using Explorer and I get this message:

When I reload the page, no control installation dialog pops up.

Any way to manually dowload this program?

I just had to start a photobucket file. Then Use the bulk uploader in the tools there. Keep your photos you want to come here in there and copy the link for forums and blogs under link option under uploaded photos. Then come back into the forum and copy paste the link in your thread post. I couldn't get the attachment thinkg to work. Not sure why.

this is how I fixed it.

What worked for me is that I went to smugmug and signed up for free 30 day trial. I clicked on where it stated install required or something like that. It installed a newer version. I came back here and then ARC installed their older version automatically.
