Help with Korallin Ca. Reactor set up

So the last time my brother came to visit me. He left a whole bunch of stuff for my aquarium. One of the item is a Koralline 1502 Calcium reactor and co2 bottle..The thing is, I have no idea how to hook it up. IF anyone knows a site online with pictures it would help me tremenduosly. I only found one with written instructions but I can't seem to understand it. If not maybe stop by my house to show me what parts to use and etc. (I live in Suwanee/duluth)

Also, where do y'all refill your co2 bottle. I know when I refill my bottle for my welding machine, I would go to Holox..But most of my bottles are much bigger than the one I have for the calcium reactor.
