Help!!

My 2 inch yellow tang is sick. i went to turn off the lights and he was on his side but breathing. nitrates are hig but not to high and evrything else is fine i have him in a QT right now with go flow what do i do now?

I'm sorry. How long have you had the fish? Definitely keep the lights off in qt to keep him calm. Clip a small piece of seaweed up fo him with some garlic and selcon on it.

If hes in QT, MAKE SURE you do frequrent water changes, or you ENSURE ammonia doesnt accumulate.

thank you, he will be missed but i think i will get another one soon,and i think his cause of death was due to the sand getting stirred up.
