Not sure what these polyp looking things are between the Zoa polyps. Fairly small and don’t really look like aptasia. Any help is greatly appreciated, including methods of destroying them. I use coral rx to dip usually if I need to.

In my experience I wouldn’t put that in my tank. One can become many fast and if not treated in a timely manner will get out of control.
 
Luckily someone offered to let me put it into a tank with several peppermint shrimp and they instantly decided to start eating them. So I’ll let it Hang out there for the time. It’s part of the hobby so it’s no big deal. Thanks to the club I have friends that can help with stuff like this
