The only thing I ever use is Lemon Juice from the store and a syringe. Melts them right away.

Why take the needle off? I use it when I do it, and after coating them I inject it straight into their mouths...

IMO if you can coat them its more effective then injecting them because when you inject them and the "explode" they have the ability to still release gametes and spread. When they are coated fully it prevents them from being able to spread as well in my experience.
