How do i start a poll?

I started a thread to gauge interest in a test kit group buy and i was wondering which brand people like most. I see the 'post a poll' checkbox at the bottom of the 'post new thread' page but when i check it nothing happens. Do i need to push the 'submit new thread' button? I was scared to push it.:dunce:

When you select the poll option, click the submit button that's right under it.. then it will take you to another screen to input the poll question and poll options..
