How do you clean a Tunze

I have a Tunze skimmer that not skimming very well. I had it for a year now. Can some tell me how to clean the skimmer? Thanks.

Grouper,

a 1/3 to 2/3 vinegar/water bath works well. run it in a bucket like that for a few hours. when it comes to taking the skimmer apart (if that is in fact necessary after the bath), you will want to check w/ R. Vitko over on the reefcentral.com TUNZE forum. He'll be more than happy to answer your question(s).
