How do you run your Radion LED

not so much with sps but more lps with a new radion led. I would like to see any one share their idea how to run their radion led programming...

i run mine on a 14 hour cycle with a 3 hour ramp up to 50 percent and another 3 hour ramp down to 0 keep in mind its over a 20 long so i dont need it at 100 percent and im also considering cutting it back an hour in the morning. not because it affects the coral or fish but its on when i wake up in the am for work and i dont like that lol
